WHAT IS THE MARK OF THE BEAST, ACCORDING TO THE FAMOUS WRITER AND CONFERENCE, MICHAEL ROOD?

This is a comment that I posted in the publication of a YouTube video that a dear sister had the concern to share with me because she saw it interesting.

This video allows me to share an important teaching about the grave danger of removing and adding words to the Holy Scriptures, the Bible; and still like those who support and applaud him.

The real danger in this matter is not that he was wrong in his attempt to interpret what or what the mark of the beast would be, but is to believe and induce and seduce the unstable souls so that they also believe that the Bible is wrong, and need, the help of other older texts, in the Greek, Aramaic or Hebrew language; Since according to them, the most used Bible and the first to be translated from Aramaic and Greek, I mean the Reina-Valera version, "contains many errors", and that for this reason, they claim that sources should be used that "be considered more reliable" to establish a correct interpretation of a doctrine, teaching or prophetic revelation.

My intention in this comment that I will make to this video, about the theme of the mark of the beast, is not in order to confer, but to teach.

Since I believed in Jesus Christ, God has added me among the millions of his servants who defend the gospel of Christ by making me a guide to the truth, to help guide the children of God, and set them apart from all deceit; since apostasy has taken over the visible church, but not the invisible one; which is in our midst, and is not easily fooled; who constitute, among the billions that have not yet believed, the kingdom of heaven that walks on this earth.

I see in this new interpretation, that to give it foundation, twist the Scriptures that are sacred to the tilde and the jack, as our Lord says.

Revelation 13:18 says:

Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding, count the number of the beast: for it is the number of man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

The same quote in Greek:

Rev 13:18 Εδώ είναι σοφία. Όποιος έχει κατανόηση, μετρά τον αριθμό του θηρίου, επειδή είναι ο αριθμός του ανθρώπου. Και ο αριθμός του είναι εξακόσιο εξήντα έξι.

Six hundred threescore and six (666) which in Greek as recorded by John, translated in all versions, is written as follows:

Michael Rood concludes, that "in the oldest books written in Greek," that he had the "privilege" of reading, John wrote in verse 18 of chapter 13, three numbers in Greek letters, equivalent to: 600, 60 and 6, as we have shown.

The complication and the error of believing in these writings to which he bases that interpretation, and which we do not know without major expecifications of its origins, is that there are three numbers, and not one. For which, Juan, should have said if it were the case: ... and their numbers are 600, 60 and 6, which is not the same as saying: ... and their number is 666.

God wrote a numerical unit. Not several numbers. In none of the books from Genesis to Revelation were digits or numbers used instead of words to express quantities; if so, the numbers will appear in the different translations into Spanish and English, respecting what the Spirit of God is doing and writing. As for example, that he had registered in the words Jesus referred to Peter when he asked him, how many times would he have to forgive his brother: up to seven?

To which he said: I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven. (Matthew 18:21)

If God had wanted to express quantities, not in words but in signs or digits, he would have placed it very well, but He did not. All who have translated the scriptures, including those of the Russelists, or false Jehovah's Witnesses, translated words in the quantities and not numerical signs, or numbers themselves.

Therefore, we should not be surprised if any other written in Greek appears, where it says: I do not tell you until 7, but up to 70 times 7; using numbers to replace words.

All this is crazy, and those who propagate these interpretations do not understand respect for the Holy Scriptures, trampling on the work of Christ.


The numbers in Greek, as in all languages in which the Bible was translated, were used to incorporate them into the Bible, only for the organization of chapters, verses and pages, but in the text all numbers were designated by the Spirit of God, in words.

God warned that whoever adds or takes away from this book of Revelations, God will also bring the plagues prescribed in this book, and take away his part of the book of life. (Revelation 22: 18-19).

It is very easy to say and interpret things, but the difficult thing is to sustain them properly; but the insubstant and indoct, when they cannot support their ideas and points of view, resort to these juggling.

Now, what benefit is there in forcing an interpretation, if in the end it is uncertain?

Will God be pleased with that?

I think not. Because they do it only to increase the ego that they know everything, they know everything. But he really doesn't know anything, even if they are very knowledgeable and speak and write in several languages.

Of course, a normal mortal like us, hears an explanation like this from Michael Rood, will be amazed and will cause him admiration; but when the teaching is detailed, you realize that it is a falsification of the truth.

The world is full of falsehood, so we must be jealous, and walk in the truth; being our first zeal, to defend the Bible, the word of God, by cape and sword. If you want to accept our advice, do not believe in a version other than the 1960 King James Version, or the King James for English speaking, and other translations that are based on these two translations. And in this way, we take care of ourselves in health.

Now, really, there are no indications in the Bible that explain how the figure or design of the mark of the beast refers to, because it will undoubtedly be a mark placed on the right hand or on the forehead. Adventists say it is Sunday worship, but that is false, nor is it a microchip. The Bible says it will be a mark.

But most importantly, the book of Revelation and the books of the ancient prophets of Israel, such as Isaiah, Ezekiel, Jeremiah, Daniel, Habakkuk, openly reveal and declare who the antichrist is, his geographical location, his prophetic structure, and its origin through the image of the dream of the king of Babylon, Nebuchadnezzar and the vision of the four great beasts fighting in the great sea; in turn, it gives the precise key to the recognition of his name and the number of his name, and the knowledge of the number of the beast, which determines through the birth of the beast, the time of its existence on earth with the Coming of our great King and Lord, Jesus Christ.

Precisely, Islamic Jihad is the basis of the human power of the beast in the Middle East region, and then in the entire world. That is provable biblically.

And the mercenaries of Isis were summoned by the beast. That is why we saw Isis cut heads and kill entire populations and rape women and children, and destroy anything that was the object of worship, as explained by the prophet Habakkuk, and the apostle Paul in second letter to the Thessalonians.

But from there to say, that the words of the Islamic Jihad flag is the possible mark of the beast, is nothing more than speculation without any serious biblical support.
